KERJAYA menuntut pengorbanan
|
|
salam buat semua..
ikuti luahan perasaan beliau......
| Quote: |
dear... syamputra...
aku redha..
kerjaya bagi aku adalah segala galanya sekarang
kini... orang yang tersayang pun...
tak pernah memahami..
kenapa aku harus hidup bekerja keras sehingga jam 12..
tak pernah pulak dia tahu bagaimana aku boleh bayar duit makan
duit parking
duit minyak
duit.... pakaian..
duit..... macam macam...
semua nyer... kerana aku bersengka mata..
membuat sales..
aku ingat.. bile aku buat kerje part time..
dia boleh memberi support... pada aku
TAPI.. malang nyer
tak macam tu...
terus terang aku katakan..
dia boleh HIDUP tanpa aku..
aku rasa.. dah tiba masa nyer untuk dia..
hidup sendiri
tahu menghargai pemberian orang lain
menilai nilai duit itu..
sebenarnya air mata aku dah tak berbendung lagi...
aku sedih..
tapi sebab aku.. tahu..
aku berasal dari mana..
aku tak pernah malu untuk bekerja sebegini..
BIARLAH... apa yang berlaku..
aku masih punya keluarga..
CINTA yang sementara..
tak boleh memberi makna apa apa...
hanya merugikan...
dan cuma sedikit memberi bahagia..
aku sebenarnya.. sedang mencari lagi..
apa apa pun..
kehidupan perlu diteruskan..
TIME IS MONEY>>>>>>>>
SPEED IS PROFIT>>>>>>
go for it..
tapi aku rasa.. semua hampa..
aku mahu BEBAS...
sebebas.. mata dan mulut juga apa sahaja..
aku tak mahu ikatan lagi.. |
p/s.. nasihat aku.. agar member aku nie.. bersabar dan cuba berfikiran positif

| Quote: | Questions that I asked my friends before they start any Unit Trust Investment.
Do you have any savings?
Do you have any savings?
Do you have any savings?
What is your objective for investing?
You will need to have a sizeable amount of savings before you can get on board with Unit Trust Investment. Why? Simply because Unit Trust Investment is all about medium to long term investment period. You will not be able to see or to use the money until:
The managable target has been met
Period of investment has been satisfied
FYI, Unit Trust Investment is very liquid; meaning that you can take out the money at any time. There is no maturity. But in order to profit from Unit Trust Investment, you will have to let time do the work for you and make sure the target has been achieved.
Usually, I will always advice my fellow friends on the Regular Savings/Investment method where a certain amount (min RM100) of money to be deducted automatically from their bank account to be put into the fund(s) that they have chosen. Thus this will make them automatically follow one of the proven strategies; regular investments.
Then, I will tell them to ignore this investment for 5 years.
In 5 years you will be able to get time to work for you in Unit Trust. If, and I mean, IF within 5 years that the person decides to stop investing, the cycle will have to start back. This is how serious the strategy is.
By automatically deducting an amount from the bank account to be invested somewhere, he/she is actually forcing him/herself to save and invest at the same time which is like killing two birds with one stone. This is consider to be filling up the Fixed Savings Account.
So, do you have any savings?
Get them to grow before starting an investment with Unit Trust

HUKUM WANG DIVIDEN DAN BONUS ASB
|
|

2) Commerce asset holdings berhad ( KOnvensional) - 1.11 %
3) British American Tobacco berhad 1.07 %
4) Malaysian National Reinsurance Berhad - 0.89 % ( insuran konvensional)

| Quote: | More EPF Members Invest In Unit Trust
A total of 42,800 Employees Provident Fund (EPF) members invested a combined RM461 million in unit trust and other approved instruments under the Members' Investment Scheme in the first three months of this year.
Unaudited first quarter (Q1) performance statistics released by the EPF showed that the number and value of withdrawals for investment purposes increased by 12 per cent and 27 per cent respectively as compared to the last quarter (Q4) of 2003.
"The increase, both in number as well as value, is indicative of a strong economy, leading members to opt to invest on their own," said Datuk Azlan Zainol, Chief Executive Officer of the EPF.
A total of 187,600 withdrawals valued at approximately RM3.6 billion was made in Q1 2004. The breakdown is as follow, Age 50 (22,100 withdrawals at RM457 million); Age 55 (30,100 withdrawals at RM1.4 billion); Housing (51,200 withdrawals at RM656 million); Investment (42,800 withdrawals at RM461 million); Education (5,700 withdrawals at RM37 million); Pensionable Employees and Optional Retirees (26,900 withdrawals at RM326 million) and Others (8,800 withdrawals at RM211 million).
In Q4 2003, there was a total of 168,400 withdrawals with a value of RM2.7 billion.
Despite the increase in withdrawals, the EPF's cash flow remained very healthy, with contributions for the quarter reaching RM5.9 billion, an increase of 16 per cent over the RM5.1 billion recorded in the last three months of 2003. The increase can be credited to bonus payments made by employers.
Membership for the quarter under review increased marginally to 10.5 million, and there was a corresponding rise in the number of employers which stood at 359,000.
For the period, the EPF processed and approved over 99 per cent of age 50,55 and housing withdrawal applications within 14 days.
As at March 31, 2004, the EPF had invested RM222.4 billion in various instruments such as Malaysian Government Securities (MGS), Loans and Bonds, Equities, Money Market Instruments and Properties.
These investments earned a gross income of RM2.6 billion for the quarter, with MGS, Equity and Loans and Bonds being the main income generators. MGS contributed RM1.2 billion, Equity RM371 million and Loans and Bonds RM858 million.
About the Employees Provident Fund (EPF)

| Quote: | Unit trust in Malaysia have the history back in 1959 when the first unit trust company called Malayan Unit Trust Ltd was formed.
First of all the general benefits in unit trust is you can save so much time to keep up to date with market information because of your money is manage by professional fund managers, diversification which mean you can spread your risk, little initial amout to invest, easy to buy and sell and likely to be charge with less brokerage fees. The main benefit is unit trust fund always make you profitable significantly higher.
Types of unit trust in Malaysia:
1)Equity Unit Trust
2)Property Trust
3)Islamic Unit Trust
4)Balanced or Diversified Unit Trust
5)Speciality Unit Trust
Before put your money into unit trust you must know how much fees will be charge on you.The Unit Trust Company is allowed to charge you 3 types of fees(Initial service charge, repurchase fees and management expense)
Make sure you know the history of the fund performance.(the information rarely available in the companies website but could be found in the independant website such as malaysian business, bloomberg, star online and others.
Another important things to alert is the risk which you take(make sure how much money you willing to lose)
because the basic investment lesson is the more chances to make money mean the more chances to lose it.
There are many choices in Malaysian Unit Trust with many bank and big companies participate in setup their own funds. But when you want invest in unit trust as individual investor it is usually for you to deal with unit trust agent or unit trust consultant or financial planer or whatever they call theirself. So here is the big trick because you must know that the person dealing in unit trust (PDUT) is havinge their life with their sales volumes. That is mean the PDUT almost certainly to persuade you to buy as much as possible.
Advices from me is check whether the PDUT is licensed or not to avoid scam(they should have authorised card issue by Federation of Malaysian Unit Trust Manages(FMUTM),ask as many question as you need from the agent and get the second opinion from friends or relatives especially from those who are already invested and it is best to do some research about the company and types of fund you plan to invest in.
You must know a lot of fund usually offer high profit if you hold it for quiet long time of period(ex:3 years). That is also mean the money you use to invest must not be touch for that time.
In short i can say Malaysian Unit Trust still not achive its highest amout it should be compare with developed countries. So happy invest and dont forget think before invest.
Today i will tell you how to become unit trust agent.
As long as you are Malaysian ,21 years old and have SPM Certificate you are eligible. You only can operate in one of the unit trust company.
Most important thing before you start your career or your part time job by selling unit trust products you must choose the unit trust company which have god track record so in the future you will not hear complaint from your customer. But its not easy to spot the best one especially if you are newcomers.DONT WORRY simply choose unit trust company who already have big name in industry.Such as MAAKL Mutual,Alliance Unit Trust,Public Bank Unit Trust,ING,ASM Mara and a few others.(note:some of them may require additional things apart SPM).
Its almost hassle free for you to join anyl unit trust company in this country.WHY?
Because the company will make money upon your commencement as their agent.
Unit trust bussines here always using a Multi Level Marketing(MLM) style.Thats mean you are likely to be recruited by senior agent. The higher level agents who was recruited you will earn some portion of you sales volume. Now you know why the more agents the better.
What to avoid?
Dont be unit trust agent for state fund unit trust. These fund manager always have very bad record in dividend payout. You can find some states goverment in Malaysia have their own unit trust product.
How much to pay?
You are require to pay some amout of money depend on which company you join.(arround rm 150 to rm300).Usually its include you registration fees, exam fees and your starting kits.
I stated above about exam, what is that?
Yes,before you can accept as unit trust agent you must sit and pass the exam conduct by FMUTMThe company will arrange this exam for you once they received your payment. Its not like the exam that you need to study hard to pass.Just about the basic knowledge in unitrust and its by multiple-choice questions.
How to apply?
Simply call any unit trust fund managers office and mention your intrest to join them. They will be happy to assist you |
